24/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Guatemalan deputy foreign minister, Ana Maria Dieguez, has announced that the ceremony for opening talks between the European Union and the countries of Central America on an association agreement will be held in June in Brussels, in the presence of representatives of the civil society of Central America.
