18/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Czech President Vaclav Klaus (who met near Berlin on Wednesday) have agreed that there needs to be consensus at the European Council on 21/22 June not only on a roadmap but also on the orientation of the content of the EU Treaty, the spokesman for the German government in Berlin said on Wednesday.
