Acquisition of Dorint by Accor gets green light

Brussels, 16/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Dorint AG of Germany by Accor SA of France, namely its 53 hotels by way of a share buyout. Accor is active in hotel management and other corporate services. Dorint is active in hotel management. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (ol)
