03/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission presented a draft regulation on 27 March to set up a definitive antidumping duty on Ukrainian nitrate ammonium imports. The proposed duty focuses on solid fertiliser imports that have a nitrate ammonium content of more than 80%. The antidumping duty rate is set between an amount that oscillates between €29.26 and €33.25 per tonne depending on the product.
