Brussels, 03/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Zagreb Energy Commissioner, Andris Piebalgs, co-signed a ministerial declaration on the next construction stages of the pipeline linking the Romanian port of Constanza to the Italian port of Trieste, on the Adriatic. The event was attended by Croatian, Slovenian, Serbian, Romanian and Italian ministers for the economy. The pipeline will channel oil directly from the Black Sea to the markets of Central Europe.
