Commission clears joint venture between An Post and Fortis subsidiary

Brussels, 16/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the green light to a joint venture between An Post (the Irish post office) and Fortis Bank SA/NV, a subsidiary of two partner Fortis group companies, Fortis SA/NV (Belgium) and Fortis NV (Netherlands).
