Brussels, 03/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - Three days after the start of the German Presidency of the EU, the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, will be meeting American President George W. Bush at the White House in Washington on January 4, as requested by George Bush. The meeting will focus on the international arena - the Middle East, Iran and Afghanistan.
