European Council conclusions (14-15 December)

EU enlargement strategy, decision-making in JHA, migration policy, the European Constitution and other international political issues were at the centre of the debates in the European Council in Brussels on 14 and 15 December. EUROPE has given wide coverage to the outcomes of the Summit (see EUROPE 9329 and 9330).
