15/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a declaration on Afghanistan, the European Council underlines that the EU is prepared to intensify efforts to ensure that its development aid reaches Afghans in all parts of the country. The EU will continue examine the possibility of an ESDP policing mission, with linkages to the wider rule of law.
