08/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - Given its forthcoming EU membership, Bulgaria has announced that it will soon be introducing a new definition of the term “foreigner” that excludes citizens of EU member countries. According to current legislation, any person who is not of Bulgarian origin is considered a foreigner.
