Conference of Presidents approves new Commissioners, but wants clarifications on Mr Orban's portfolio

Brussels, 28/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of the Presidents of the European Parliament on Tuesday recommended that the European Parliament approve the appointment of Leonard Orban of Romania and Meglena Kuneva of Bulgaria as future European Commissioners, to be in charge of multilingualism and consumer protection respectively.
