Brussels, 24/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The main large parties lost seats in the early legislative elections held in the Netherlands on 22 November, and the out-going Prime Minister, Christian Democrat Jan Peter Balkanende finds himself without a majority and, to be able to govern, will probably have to form a grand coalition with the Labour PvdA, the main opposition party.
