Brussels, 24/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The main items on the agenda of the ECOFIN Council meeting of EU25 finance ministers on Tuesday 28 November (the last one during the Finnish Presidency) are taxation, payment services, the European Investment Bank (EIB)'s foreign mandate and Poland's excess budget deficit.
