The Spanish company, IBERDROLA, is studying an offer made by the British company, SCOTTISH POWER. According to the Spanish press, IBERDROLA has entered into association with an investment capital company to be able to make a bid of around 800 pence per share. This would hike up the value of the fifth largest British electricity company to around €17.9 billion.
