10/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by Permira Holdings Ltd to take sole control of Borsod Chem Nyrt of Hungary, which produces various plastics and plastic ingredients. The operation, which has been evaluated at a level in excess of a billion dollars, was examined under the simplified procedure. (ab)
