26/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 25 October, the European Commission adopted a regulation authorising France to distil 100,000 hectolitres (hl) of wine alcohol for industrial uses. This Community measure published in the Official Journal L 296 of 26 October, allows wine alcohol stocks to be reduced in the country.
