Louis Michel condemns expulsion of two EU diplomats as 'totally unacceptable'

Brussels, 20/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Reacting to the expulsion of two European diplomats (one from Italy and one from Sweden), members of the European Commission delegation in Addis Ababa (the capital of Ethiopia), EU Development Commissioner Louis Michel said their expulsion was 'totally unacceptable.'

Speaking to reporters, Michel said he had not been informed about the reasons for their expulsion, but it was unacceptable under international diplomatic rules. Press agency AP suggests...
