Strasbourg, 28/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - Fabienne Keller, Mayor of Strasbourg, and European Parliament President Josep Borrell signed, on 28 September, the framework contract allowing the EP to purchase, by 31 October, a real estate complex which it has hitherto rented in Strasbourg.
