After Transport Commissioner Jacques Barrot's presentation of the main recommendations by the coordinators of the priority projects selected for developing the Trans-European Transport Networks (see EUROPE 9264), we continue publication of coordinators' reports with the report by former European Commissioner Loyola de Palacio, in both French and Italian (see EUROPE/Documents 2441 for Karel Van Miert, and No 2442 for Etienne Davignon).
