19/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the proposed acquisition of sole control of the British Waste Recycling Group Ltd by Spanish Formento de Construcciones y Contratas y Contratas SA. The British company collects and recycles waste in the United Kingdom. Simplified review procedure was used to examine the operation.
