19/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the EU and the United States failed to find agreement on air passenger data transfer. “Progress was made,” a Commission spokesman said on Tuesday, adding that the two parties will continue to work towards finding a new agreement before midnight on 30 September. A further meeting will be held on Thursday or Friday.
