President Bush's comments are “tangible” proof of CIA exactions, Terry Davis says, calling for secret services to be controlled in Europe

Strasbourg, 08/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Terry Davis, said on 7 September that there is now irrefutable proof that CIA secret prisons exist outside the United States. President Bush had, the day before, admitted for the first time that the CIA held and interrogated key members of Al Qaeda in secret prisons abroad, using strong arm methods.
