AXA UK, British subsidiary of the French AXA company, is about to conclude its first acquisition in the United Kingdom. It is in fact in exclusive discussions with the THINC DESTINI GROUP consultants to acquire 100% of its capital. THINC DESTINI GROUP has a network of 650 financial advisors who manage a portfolio worth £3 bn in assets. The price of the deal could reach £170 million.
