SUDZUCKER, world leader in sugar, is intending to float its bio-ethanol subsidiary CROPENERGIES on the stock exchange before the end of 2006 and is expected to increase its capital by €200 millions in doing so. The operation is aimed at ensuring the international expansion of the subsidiary.
