France takes tuna fishermen's side against Greenpeace

Brussels, 25/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - French farm minister Dominique Bussereau has decided to back French tuna fishermen who have prevented the landing of Greenpeace's campaign ship, Rainbow Warrior II, in Marseilles, currently campaigning against the fishing of red tuna. On 24 August, Bussereau said that as was often the case, Greenpeace was taking a rather provocative attitude.
