23/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the go-ahead to the creation of a joint venture in Spain between Fogeca Multiauto SA and Mapfre Mutalidad de Seguros. The new entity will be active in automobile distribution and after-sales servicing. The operation was examined by simplified merger review procedure.
