23/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the acquisition of Emap International Magazines SA. By Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA, a subsidiary of the Italian Fininvest group. EMap is active in France in the publication and distribution of books and magazines. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
