27/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 24 July, the Council adopted without discussion a common position on three legislative proposals from the third rail package: the draft directive on access to the rail passenger transport market (Hungary and Luxemburg abstained), the draft regulation on passengers' rights and responsibilities and the draft directive on train drivers' certification.
