Ilkka Uusitalo Head of Delegation in Baghdad

Brussels, 17/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has appointed Finn Ilkka Uusitalo Head of the Delegation which has just opened in Iraq. A Press release says that Mr Uusitalo is a highly experienced member of Commission staff, who most recently served as Head of Delegation in Pakistan.
