13/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - Addressing the EP defence sub-committee, chaired by Karl von Wogau, on 12 July, the Finnish Ambassador to the Political and Security Committee (PSC) Teemu Tanner acknowledged the need for solutions to improve funding capacities for CFSP, and especially ESDP, missions.
