23/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the project of Arcelor Steel Service Centres SAS and Mitsui & Co. Uk plc to acquire AMSA Steel Service Centre, which distributes steel in South Africa. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
