Brussels, 16/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The current Head of Unit responsible for bilateral agreements at the European Commission DG Fish, Dutchman Harm Koster has been appointed, for a five-year period, to the post of Executive Director of the Community Fisheries Control Agency, based in Vigo, Spain.
