PES presents petition to Mr Frattini

Brussels, 08/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the football World Cup in Germany, the Party of European Socialists (PES), led by Poul Nyrup Rasmussen and 3F, one of Denmark's biggest trade unions, have presented petitions to European Justice and Hole Affairs Commissioner Franco Frattini calling for action on the forced prostitution which is feared at the sporting event. The PES petition has over 23,000 signatures, and 3F's around 70,000, according to a PES press release, which says...
