The Hague wants further year of reflection

Brussels, 22/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Netherlands, which rejected the European Constitution in June 2005, believes a further period of reflection is required before deciding what is to happen to the text said European Affairs Minister Atzo Nicolaï. “We would like to see the period of reflection extended by at least one year,” he told press on 19 May.
