19/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Academy of European Law (ERA) is holding a conference on parental responsibility and maintenance in European civil procedure. Experts have analysed the Brussels II regulation on maintenance. The conference is part of the framework programme for civil legal cooperation and is supported financially by the European Commission.
