Brussels, 16/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - During the Latin American Summit in Vienna (EUROPE 9191 and 9192), the president of the European Parliament Josep Borrell and the presidents of the Latin American Council (Parlatino), Andean Parliament (Parlandino), Central American Parliament (Parlacen) and the joint Mercosur Parliamentary Commission declared in a joint press release that they were pleased about “the political and institutional precedent” of the decision by the Austrian Presidency...
