12/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - Two debates are being organised by Academia Diplomatica Europaea, European War College, 'Johann von Neumann, Oskar Morgenstern and Wernher von Braun'. On 15 May, debates will focus on how EU enlargement countries view the EU, institutional balance and EU law. Participants include Viorel Ardeleanu, minister at Romania's Mission to the European Union, and Miroslaw Broilo, an advisor at Poland's Permanent Representation to the EU. On 16 May, Jeremy Kinsman, head of Canada's mission to the EU, and Maria Celina de Azevedo, head of Brazil's mission to the EU, will discuss the EU and its relations with North and South America.
