10/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - At its congress in Vienna on 4 May, the European Confederation of Executives and Managerial Staff (CEC) elected a Frenchman of Greek origin Georges Liarokapis as its new President. Mr Liarokapis is an adviser to the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and a manager at L'Oréal. Ludger Ramme was re-elected CEC Secretary General.
