08/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of Nautico Nova Curaçao by Heiploeg Holding BV, which belongs to Gilde Buy-Out Management Holding of the Netherlands. Nautico is a Dutch West Indian company active in prawn fishing. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
