08/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the proposed joint acquisition by Deutsche Bank AG London and equity funds Lone Star V (US) L.P. and Lone Star V L.P. of Bermuda of the German group Vivanco Gruppe AG, which produces and distributes accessories used in the electronics, telecommunications and information technology industries. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
