08/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared the proposed joint acquisition of Rome Cruise Terminal SrL by Italian groups Costa Crociere SpA and Marinvest SrL. All three companies wish to invest in the construction of a modern cruise ship Terminal in the port of Civitavecchia, north of Rome. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
