28/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - Estonia is to ratify the European Constitution on 9 May, the anniversary of the Schuman Declaration. "The ratification vote will be held on Europe Day, the day which symbolises European unity", Urmas Reinsalu, president of the constitutional committee of the Estonian parliament, told the news agency AFP.
