11/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - Eurocop President Heinz Kiefer and the new Interior Minister of the Slovak Republic, Martin Pado, met in Bratislava on 30 March to verify the state of relations between the Interior Ministry and the Police Union in Slovakia. “We are happy to see that the situation in Slovakia has improved significantly since December”, Heinz Kiefer said after the meeting, which above all provided an opportunity to evoke application of the agreement of December 2005 whereby...
