06/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European employers' organisation UNICE has welcomed the Commission communication assessing the implementation of the directive on the posting of workers (96/71/EC) presented at the plenary session of the European Parliament by Commissioner Vladimir Spidla (see EUROPE 9167). The communication describes national monitoring measures acceptable under current European case-law, says UNICE in a press release, and highlights the need for Member States to improve...
