06/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - In February 2006, the industrial production price index rose by 0.5% in the Euro-zone and by 0.4% in the EU-25 compares to figures for January. In annual terms industrial production prices increased by 5.4% in the Euro-zone and by 7% in the EU-25. Compared to January 2006, prices in the whole of industry excluding energy increased by 0.3% in the Euro-zone and EU-25, whereas prices in the energy sector increased by 1.0% and 0.8% respectively.
