06/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the takeover bid from South African logistics company, Imperial Holdings for sole control of the British companies, Multipart Holdings Ltd and Lex Commercials Ltd. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
