03/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA, Maastricht/Netherlands) is organising its second European Public Management Programme, an EIPA press release announces. The programme is specially designed for top-level managers from national, regional and local administrations of the Member States of the EU and the candidate countries, and from the European institutions. There will be a series of 3 seminars: 1 and 2 June 2006 in Maastricht, 18 and 19 September 2006 in Luxembourg, and 27 and 28 November in Barcelona.
