14/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday the Council gave the green light to the opening of negotiations between the Commission and Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan to amend provisions relating to the textile trade as part of the partnership and cooperation agreements, with bilateral textiles agreements between the EU and the two countries coming to an end.
