14/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the go-ahead to plans by the Coca-Cola Company of the United States and the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company of Greece to acquire jointly the Fresh & Co Fabrica Za Peradu Voca of Serbia, which manufactures and distributes fruit juices, mainly in Serbia Montenegro. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
