14/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to plans by the Fujitsu Siemens Corporation BV of the Netherlands to acquire control of Product Related Services GmbH of Siemens Business Services of Germany. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
